Firefighters were called to the home on Drumcastle Court in Germantown around noon, Friday, April 7 after the family smelled smoke, according to a Montgomery County Fire and Rescue spokesperson.

The fire was found in the upper levels of the home, with flames destroying the roof and attic.

The fire left the home with around $100,000 in damages.

No injuries were reported in the fire.
